2. Shipping Policy

Because we supply digital consultancy only, there is no physical shipping.

Delivery Method

  • Your personalized PDF or HTML report is sent to the email address on file.

  • Typical delivery time: within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Failed Delivery

If your report has not arrived (check spam folders), contact sun.astro.softwares@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will resend at no extra charge.

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Digital‑Goods Rule

  • Under most consumer‑protection frameworks, digital goods that are fully delivered and consumed are exempt from “cool‑off” return rights once download or view has begun. By placing an order you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive such rights.

3.2 Our Guarantee

  • If we fail to deliver your report within 48 hours or deliver a corrupted/unreadable file, you are entitled to a 100 % refund or free redelivery—your choice.

3.3 How to Request a Refund
Email sun.astro.softwares@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for request

  3. Preferred resolution (refund or redelivery)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5‑10 business days.
3.4 Non‑Refundable Cases

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with astrological interpretation

  • Incorrect information supplied by the client (e.g., wrong birth data)

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

4. Terms & Conditions (T&C)
